Awesome for stills, horrible vids

The EOS R6 is a awesome camera that serves me well. It's full size sensor packs a punch and captures beautiful images and is a absolute BEAST for astrophotography, but it lacks behind in resolution and cooling/general video features. The sensor only packs 20.1 megapixels and the recording time is limited to 30 minutes, with overheating occurring after 20 minutes of 4K video in normal weather conditions. The Autofocus works a charm, but tends to loose track quite often, even when just sitting still [can be fixed with a few settings though].

R6 for the win

Amazing camera that just feels right in your hands. I found it absolutely wonderful for wildlife photography with its amazing low light capabilities, fantastic noise level performance and high frame rate making the difference for me. Super sharp images. Taking of the telescopic lens and replacing it with a nifty 50mm, gives you a such freedom to shoot portraits and everyday situations. I love this camera 🤎
